Just Out and About in Welland early one morning for reasons known only to me a handful of my closest associates, when I noticed Welland High and Vocational School had caught fire and was burning on Saturday, June 18, 2011.
The fire was finally extinguished at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 2011.
